Our History
IMANI business advisory services (Pty) Ltd is a black-woman-owned company that was founded in 2007 by Nyani Swana and co-founded by Nkululeko Swana, together they have developed the company to be what it is today, a successful national business.
Through an intentional career path, director Nyani Swana balanced building and managing the company and acquiring a myriad of qualifications and skills in accounting, organizational development (OD), and management- that further fortified the legitimacy and foundations of IMANI, alongside her, co-director Nkululeko Swana built his own career in chartered accountancy, consultant banking and auditing, which further contributed to the success of IMANI BAS. Currently they serve as the directors to this growing empire, servicing two of South Africa’s metropolitan municipalities. In 2022, IMANI acquired its ISO 9001 accreditation, and continues to service its loyal client base that it has attained over its 17 years of operation.
