DIRECTOR

Nkululeko (Nkuli) has extensive experience as a senior finance executive with seven (7) of these years as an executive manager in the banking sector. He obtained valuable experience serving as a member of various audit committees, boards of directors, as trustee of various trusts, and risk committees.

Nkuli Swana has developed extensive experience in local government with a portfolio of clients in excess of 30 municipalities. In addition to leading large finance projects, he is involved in training government employees on the following aspects:

Performance Auditing

GRAP implementation

Financial Statements Preparation and Year-end Reporting

Accounting: Fixed assets, debtors, creditors, Budgeting

Nyani completed her articles in 1997 and has been a practicing accountant for 26 years. From 1997 to 2001 she started a consultancy offering business advice and accounting service to SMMEs in the Eastern Cape.

From 2001 to 2006 she worked as a Business Advisor for Eskom focusing on strategic and financial management areas such as the Balanced Scorecard, Productivity Management, Performance Management and Budgeting.

Nyani is the founder and managing director of Imani Business Advisory Services, a position she has held since 2007. Imani specializes in accounting, business advisory, debt and VAT recovery and training services.
